BOOKING CLASSES

Classes can be booked via Mindbody here. If you don’t have an account yet you can set that up here.

ARRIVE EARLY-ISH  + PLS DON’T BE LATE

The studio does not have a lot of space to hangout in before class starts, and sometimes there are classes running back-to-back so, because of the intimacy of the space, we request that you arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your class/session beginning.

While considering this please also be mindful to arrive on time. Late comers will be asked to wait outside until they are invited in. If you're late, and we can't invite you in without disrupting the experience for other community members, you will forfeit the session and are considered a no show.

FIRST TIMER?

We recommend that anyone coming to the space for a first time reformer class begins with a private intro consult. This helps you get familiar with us and our equipment, and it allows us to get to know you. That way we can make class suggestions for you, if that’s something you’re interested in.

Plan to arrive 5 minutes before class to have time to get settled and meet your teacher.

Please leave all personal belongings in the cubbies provided at the front of the studio. While class is in sessions the studio is a PHONE FREE ZONE.

Our teachers will support you throughout the class and give you options. You are always encouraged to make your own movement choices.

Please read our Wellbeing Guidelines before coming to the studio.

We will provide all equipment necessary to participate in the class, including mats and towels.

FOOTWEAR

Reformer classes are done in bare feet or socks; we recommend the kind that have grippy’s on the bottom. If you don’t have these we do have grippy pads available for you at the back of your reformer; your teacher will let you know when it’s a good idea to use these depending on the movement. We also sell grip socks HERE if you prefer.

Mat classes are also generally done in bare feet. Some folks prefer to wear indoor running shoes for extra ankle support in our MAT - CARDIO class.

WAITLISTS

If a class that you're keen to take is full, we encourage you to sign up for the waitlist. If/when a place becomes available you’ll get either an email or text from us offering you a place in the class. We appreciate a response to this message with a YES or a NO so that we can hold that space for you or offer it to the next person on the waitlist. If we do not receive a YES or NO reply we will assume your are attending and will treat it as a confirmed class booking.

PREGNANCY

If your pregnancy is uncomplicated and you feel good and well enough to exercise, you can join any of our classes throughout your pregnancy. Please let your teacher know so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs during the session. Please keep in mind that if you’re joining a group class your instructor will be teaching to the whole class while doing their best to support your pregnancy. If you prefer a personalized experience we recommend booking a private session.

YOUR BODY

Please tell your teacher before class (or via email in advance) if there is something we need to know about your body. Always feel free to let them know how you’re feeling on the day and if any doctors or specialists have given you specific advice. We respect your privacy.

RETURN + REFUND POLICY

Refunds for change of mind, unused sessions, studio closure due to lockdown, or any circumstance unforeseen by or external to the business will not be granted.

Sessions cannot be transferred to another person.

All community members must have their own account (for safety and insurance purposes) and purchase their own classes/sessions.

STUDIO CLOSURES

Rest is so important, and to make sure we're taking care of ourselves to serve you the sweetest moves we need to take a little extra R&R. When there is a stat holiday on a Monday, the studio will be closed on that Monday as well as the Friday prior. Same goes for when there is a stat holiday on a Friday; the studio will be closed on that Friday as well as the following Monday. We thank you for supporting our sustainable teaching practice!
