Reformer Teacher Training
Our thoughtfully designed Reformer teacher training program offers a comprehensive certification in Reformer Pilates taught through a contemporary and creative lens. Our approach creates the space for participants to bring their own perspectives and knowledge into the practice, while we support them in a deep dive into the core Pilates repertoire and contemporary movement concepts. You will understand the why of each exercise and how to approach each movement with compassion and creativity so that you are able to support the needs of a diverse group of participants.

We prepare our students to be present and adapt to the ever changing environment that is created when working with moving bodies. You will leave this program as a well-supported movement leader with the skills required to effectively teach, cue, and guide clients to better understand their bodies and to teach group classes and private clients safely and confidently.
You can expect plenty of supported practice teaching time and integrative learning throughout this program. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to be in community with folks who are carving out space to connect to their bodies, get in tune with their passions, and create a joyful and long-term relationship with Pilates and movement in all its forms.
This small group program, much like our group classes, is open to a limited number of participants. The intimate size of our program ensures individualized attention and more opportunities for collaboration and creative discussion.
Please note that, while participating in this Reformer Teacher Training will set you up with a solid foundation to be able to teach Reformer classes at any studio, it does NOT guarantee work as a Teacher at the studio pec after your completion of the certification. We will consider your application for any open roles at that time, but we cannot guarantee a role will be available.
