Guided by Cait and Sofia, take time away in a beautiful island setting to embrace moments of serenity, quiet reflection, community and adventure. We’ll create space for daily Pilates-based mat practices; dive into an exploration of presence + strength with morning moves on the terrace, and evening movement rituals to support your well-being and deepen your awareness.

Afternoons spent exploring the island on foot - and even by boat! - or relaxing by the pool.

This well-balanced program leaves plenty of time for both vibrance and stillness. We look forward to seeing you there!

The private Villa Halu is located above Ftelia Beach and offers a beautiful sea view. This spacious villa has 8 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The villa complex consists of two separate properties joined together, both with separate entrances, one with 5 bedrooms ​and 6 bathrooms ​and the other with 3 bedrooms​ and 4 bathrooms​. The villa opens up to a spacious terrace with a gorgeous sea view. All rooms are air-conditioned. There are another two large terraces next to 2 infinity pools with sunbeds and umbrellas. The terraces provide large shaded dining areas overlooking the infinity pools and a beautiful sea view.

Villa Halu is located just a 15-minute drive from Mykonos Town, a 5-minute drive from Ftelia Beach where there is the Alemagou Beach Club and Restaurant, and just a 4-minute drive from Ano Mera - a charming small town with bakeries, restaurants, and a supermarket. Another fabulous beach close by is Kalo Livadi Beach. The beautiful location of Villa Halu offers amazing views of the sea + coast, with rolling hills in the background, and sunset views not to be missed!

THIS IS A SMALL GROUP TRIP. Much like all experiences at the studio, we opt for quality over quantity. The intimate size of our programming allows for a feeling of spaciousness while fostering community and connection. Everybody is arriving with different lived-experiences; all looking to immerse themselves in a multi-sensory week of both inspiring and restful moments to nourish body and soul.

THE RETREAT IS SOLD OUT. Please note, rooms can be booked with single occupancy (one person in a room) or double occupancy (two people in a room), however, ALL ROOMS HAVE ONE (1) QUEEN-SIZED BED. Each room has an en-suite bathroom. The villa has a/c and wi-fi throughout.

A non-refundable deposit of $900 per person is required to reserve your space with the remaining balance due 100 days prior to the Retreat start date. Prices in Canadian dollars.

YOUR TRIP BEGINS:
In Mykonos at the Villa Halu on Monday May 13th at 5 pm.

The closest airport is Mykonos International Airport (JMK). The villa is approximately 15 minutes drive from the airport.


YOUR TRIP ENDS:
In Mykonos at the Villa Halu on Saturday May 18th after breakfast at 10 am.

Sample Schedule

  • AFTERNOON:
    Arrive, settle in, reconnect. We’ll have some snacks and refreshments and get familiar with our surroundings.

    Early evening group welcome, followed by a restorative Pilates practice.

    Our private chef will provide a nourishing meal and we’ll dine together under the setting sun.

  • MORNING:
    Fresh fruit + coffee / tea

    An uplifting morning Pilates practice to set us up for the day. Breakfast at your leisure followed by a lounge by the pool.

    AFTERNOON:
    We’ll venture into Mykonos town together for lunch.

    EVENING:
    Plan for a fun evening practice tonight before our private chef is back at the villa. We’ll enjoy a cooking class that prepares our dinner spread.

  • MORNING:
    Fresh fruit + coffee / tea

    An uplifting morning Pilates practice to set us up for the day.

    Breakfast at your leisure followed by a lounge by the pool. Or, perhaps you’d like us to organize a hike or bike ride for you?

    AFTERNOON:
    A beautiful afternoon at a local organic farm + winery. We’ll learn about and sip (if you’d like) some lovely wines and dine al fresco!

    EVENING:
    Take some time to rest by the pool before a restorative practice. Dinner will be on your own this evening; we’ll be there to support you with organizing a transfer and a reservation.

  • MORNING:
    Fresh fruit + coffee / tea

    A chill morning Pilates practice get’s a started before we head to the beach.

    Breakfast at your leisure then pack your beach bag and sandals.

    AFTERNOON:
    We’ll head to a nearby beach with picnic baskets in tow to bask in the sun and soak up the salty air.

    EVENING:
    A more powerful practice awaits us this evening. Afterwards we’ll send you along with some recommendations for a yummy place to dine.

  • MORNING:
    Fresh fruit + coffee / tea

    Perhaps its a day to sleep a little longer or lounge by the pool before you start moving. An uplifting morning Pilates practice will allow us to check back in and see what’s shifted over the course of our Greek journey together.

    A late breakfast (brunch anyone!!) at your leisure then set up for a lounge, grab your book, settle in.

    LATE AFTERNOON / EVENING:
    Tonight we set sail… we’ll embark on a private catamaran journey with a beautiful dinner (and optional drinks). Reflect on the journey and stay open to what’s to come!

  • MORNING:
    Fresh fruit + coffee / tea

    Our last morning practice together. Gentle, sweet and full of gratitude!

    Breakfast will be waiting for you and then it’s time to pack and look towards a safe journey home.
