Begin each day with an uplifting Pilates practice designed to awaken your body and cultivate awareness. Dive into the crystal-clear waters for a refreshing swim or stroll along the sandy beach.
Indulge in delicious, nourishing meals that support your well-being, prepared with locally sourced ingredients that highlight the vibrant flavours of Mexico. Afternoons are yours to explore or simply relax by the pool; clearing out space to enjoy the present moment.
As the sun sets over the Pacific, join us for guided moving meditations and thoughtful discussions; find space for personal introspection and growth.

One airport pick up will be included at approx. 2:30 pm on Sunday March 2. This time will be coordinated with the arrival of the non-stop flight from Toronto.
One airport drop-off will be included at approx. 12:30 pm on Saturday March 8. This time will be coordinated with the departure of the non-stop flight to Toronto.

* You’ll choose between the whale watching boat excursion OR (1) surfing lesson. If you want to do both you can add that at an additional cost. If you want to take more surfing lessons, you can also add that at an additional cost :)

THIS IS A SMALL GROUP TRIP. Much like all experiences at the studio, we opt for quality over quantity. The intimate size of our programming allows for a feeling of spaciousness while fostering community and connection. Everybody is arriving with different lived-experiences; all looking to immerse themselves in a multi-sensory week of both inspiring and restful moments to nourish body and soul.
THERE ARE 9 UNIQUE ROOMS AVAILABLE ON THIS TRIP. CURRENTLY 5 REMAINING. Please note, rooms can be booked with single occupancy (one person in a room) or double occupancy (two people in a room). Some rooms have 1 bed and some have the option for 2 beds. Some rooms have a plunge pool & rooftop patio, and some do not. All rooms have their own private ensuite bathroom. Please take note below so that you can specify your room selection on the booking form. We do not match participants up in rooms — you must be travelling with someone to book a double occupancy room.

YOUR TRIP BEGINS MARCH 2:
At The White Lodge in Baja, Mexico. The nearest airport is San José del Cabo International Airport (SJD). We will have one (1) transfer available (included in trip price) on arrival day at approximately 2:30 pm. This is coordinated with the non-stop flight from Toronto.
YOUR TRIP ENDS MARCH 8:
At The White Lodge after breakfast. We will offer one (1) transfer (included in trip price) on departure day to the airport for approximately 12:30 pm. This is coordinated with the non-stop flight to Toronto.
